We’ll keep our fingers crossed for no hail tonight, the kickoff of the monthly Wallingford Art Walk (for the record, the forecast is for cloudy skies).

Before or after your Cinco de Mayo margarita or cerveza, from 6 to 9, you can stroll from business to business (see .pdf map) that will have art on display; look for the Art Walk signs and yellow stars. Unlike last year, there will be no shuttle available — you’ll have to walk the Walk.

From 6:30 to 7:30 on the Wallingford Center plaza a band called the Sunnyside Dreamers will play music.

The Wallingford Art Walk is now a year-round, first-Wednesday event.
