How did Wallingford get so lucky? This is an amazing shop with a good selection of British, German, and Czech beers in their long rows of mismatched refrigerator cases, but they keep an especially fine collection of Belgian brews. There's also a large selection of local and domestic microbrews for the locaguzzlers. Macrobrew anti-snobs and PBR hipsters would hate the place, which makes it even more appealing.
The addition of a rotating selection of taps has firmly established the place as a beer-geek Mecca. You can quaff any of the hundreds of varieties from out of the case (with a corkage fee), or get a growler to go.
