Trophy Cupcakes party space under construction

Visitors to Wallingford Center will notice that a large section is under construction. About half of that construction zone will be the long-awaited Trophy Cupcakes party and event space, which we learned will open in about a month if all goes well. Bring on the sugar-fueled birthday parties!
